How long does my order take to ship? (UK)

Orders that are sent using Royal Mail 1st class postage, we estimate your order should arrive within 1-2 working days. If you choose to select Royal Mail 2nd class at checkout, this may take 2-4 days to arrive.

Do you offer international shipping? 

YES I do! It’s a new addition to Hija Design. Hija currently offers shipping to most European (EU) countries, the United States, Australia and New Zealand. Please understand that as all prints are printed to order and dispatched from Glasgow that they will take more time to reach you. There are shipping options at checkout to choose from if you would prefer tracked or standard delivery.

• International Standard (EU) will take approx: up to 12 working days.

• International Tracked (EU) will take approx: 3-5 days business days.

• International Tracked (USA, Canada etc) will take approx: 6-7 business days.

Proof of postage is always retained for international orders. Tracked delivery is always recommended for an extra safe delivery .

For all UK orders of £25 or over receive free Royal Mail 1st class postage with code ‘FREESHIPPING’. For any International orders of £80 or over receive free shipping with code ‘FREEWRLDSHIP’.

What is your return policy?
